Evolving Roles: A significant number of librarians perceive their roles as evolving, with many rating this evolution between 5 and 7 on a 7-point scale.
Digital Competence: There's a recognized need for enhanced digital skills to meet the demands of modern library services.
Continuous Training: Librarians expressed a strong desire for ongoing professional development to adapt to changing roles and technologies.
Inclusive Employment: Many see the potential of libraries as platforms for the employment and integration of individuals with disabilities.
